Conditions: 

These conditions are subject to Danish law and law. Products and services offered by: PH Hypnotherapy and Feng Shui aka Pernille Müller Holberg, Fjordbakken 48, 4700 Næstved, CVR no. 41503904, email: healing@pernilleholberg.com, phone: +45-60634035, website www.pernilleholberg.com. All inquiries from a potential customer is considered a non-binding invitation to make an offer for a possible collaboration.

Depending on the process, the products will be delivered online via zoom (RTT), in person at Fjordbakken 48 (RTT) or at the client's home (Feng Shui), 4700 Næstved. Products can be purchased online with both VISA, Mastercard, Mobilepay and Dankort.

All prices are in Danish kroner incl. VAT. The investment must be paid in full before the Coaching conversation, which is the preparatory conversation, unless the client has chosen an instalment plan that runs automatically over 2 (Feng Shui consultations) or 3 months (3 month course).

Prices: Current prices can be seen at https://www.pernilleholberg.com/products When buying online, the confirmation of purchase comes, usually within a few minutes, but in very special cases it can take up to 5 working days.

Driving out for Feng Shui consultations: Driving allowance for Feng Shui Consultations at the client's home comes on top and is paid on the day. Pernille will always try to choose the cheapest form of transport, either car (2023: DKK 3.70/km) or train. The client provides catering on the day.

Additional purchase: A 10-20 page Feng Shui Report can be purchased on the day. It is 100% voluntary and not necessary if the client wants to take notes himself.

Refund: If you regret your purchase within 14 days and you have not started a course or already received your first preparatory call, contact healing@pernilleholberg.com for a refund. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which the agreement was concluded. Money is not given back for started courses, but if there are sessions left in a course, they can be used at a later time, exchanged for another form of therapy or given away. The course begins when you book the first preparatory coaching call.

Expiration: All courses and consultations must begin within 6 months, unless otherwise agreed. 3 courses/100 days expire after 24 months, unless otherwise agreed.

Terms: All rights to lectures, courses, workshops, events and online products belong to Pernille Müller Holberg. Upon purchase, only the right to use the purchased service is obtained, as specified under the product in question.

Services: Pernille Müller Holberg offers a 3-month course using the unique method: Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which combines hypnosis, psychotherapy, NLP and CBT. In a 3 month course there will either be 3 RTT sessions or 2 RTT sessions and 1 Feng shui Consultation. The composition of the course depends on the client and Pernille's assessment and recommendation.

Pernille also offers simple Feng Shui consultations of either 3 or 6 hours duration, in the client's home or business.

All courses and consultations start with filling in a questionnaire and an initial 30 min. Coaching conversation via Zoom or the phone.

Inner Transformation process: After the coaching conversation, the client must listen to a preparatory recording every evening before we meet, 7-10 days after, either online or in Pernille's practice in Næstved. Being late for a session will shorten the length of the sessions at the other end. Postponement of a session must be made at least 48 hours before the session. The RTT session itself lasts up to 2 hours each time, during which we identify the limiting beliefs and do a series of transformation exercises. Sessions for children are shorter. Afterwards, you will receive a personal recording that you must listen to morning and evening for a minimum of 30 days after your session.

Your personal recording will be sent to you by email via WeTransfer or WhatsApp. The recording will reinforce the work carried out during your session and accounts for approx. 50% of the treatment. Along the way, Pernille will follow up via email every week, and the client is also welcome to contact her via email or SMS if there are things he/she would like to discuss with Pernille. Every 30 days, there will also be a follow-up call via Zoom or the phone, where a plan is drawn up for the further process.

External manifestation (as part of a 3-month process) and Feng Shui consultations: The client sends in advance pictures of the area (home or business) as well as a measurable floor plan with a clear north arrow on it. Based on the floor plan, Pernille will prepare a so-called Bagua of the area. At the agreed time, Pernille will visit the client's home or business and carry out the consultation.

What is RTT?: The RTT process is completely natural, safe and relaxing mode. You will be able to remember everything from the session and be in full control the whole time. In RTT, the person may be taken back to childhood memories to help find the root cause of the problems. Then the client and Pernille will work together to gain an understanding of where the belief and behavior originates with a view to changing it. Note that RTT alone is no guarantee of success. The client must want the change and be open and willing and motivated to want the change and do the follow-up work. It is e.g. essential that the client listens to a personal recording made by Pernille for at least 30 days after each session.

What is Feng Shui: Feng Shui is a manifestation tool that, through your interior design, can attract you to your dream life. It is important that the client implements the changes for each life area after the session in order for it to have the desired effect.

By accepting, the client confirms: That you do not suffer from any diagnosed psychiatric condition, psychological illness or epilepsy and are not under the supervision of a psychiatrist. That you have not had suicidal thoughts within the last 6 months. That you will attend all sessions free from the influence of either alcohol or drugs and will provide a list of any prescription medications you are currently taking. That you understand and accept that Pernille Holberg can end the session without warning if Pernille Holberg should judge that the session is booked for a purpose other than receiving therapy. Pernille is therefore entitled to terminate the collaboration if the client materially breaches the agreement. If this happens, the client remains responsible for any session fee and will not receive a refund.

Online: If the RTT session or Feng Shui consultation is delivered online, the client accepts responsibility for creating an environment that is safe, will remain distraction-free, and ensure that Pernille Holberg has the correct phone number and emergency contact should an emergency arise.

Liability: I (the Client) hereby release Pernille Holberg from any liability or claim that may be made against (her) regarding my mental and/or physical well-being during the work outlined and agreed upon (now and in the future). The same applies to Feng Shui or other forms of therapy Pernille may offer in the future. Pernille is not responsible for the products she recommends and is 100% impartial regarding brands and manufacturers. The client chooses which products are subsequently purchased and the fee for the purchase of items/furniture is paid directly to the manufacturer/seller.

The information, techniques, methods, recommendations of Pernille are not intended to replace the diagnosis and care of a qualified physician or to encourage the treatment of disease in individuals. If you are using RTT and are under medical treatment for any condition, DO NOT make adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without your doctor's approval. If in doubt, seek advice from your doctor.

RTT: I understand that Pernille Holberg is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or physician of any kind, and that RTT should not be considered a substitute for the advice and/or services of a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist, or physician.

Participation: I give Pernille Holberg full permission to hypnotize me or my child and use Rapid Transformational Therapy, knowing that by fully participating in the process and by listening to my personal recording for a minimum of 30 days, I play an important role in my or my child's overall success. I agree to download the Collect app where my recording will be located. I am responsible for my own healing, and if unpleasant things come up, I trust the process and carry out the work and Pernille's instructions. Pernille is a guide, but I have to do the work myself along the way. The same applies to Feng Shui. Pernille makes recommendations but I have to implement the changes myself under her guidance.

Guarantee: Although Rapid Transformational Therapy has an incredibly high success rate, I understand that Pernille Holberg cannot and does not guarantee results, as my own personal success depends on many factors beyond Pernille Holberg's control, including my willingness and desire to affect the changes inside myself. The same applies to Feng Shui and other future services. No guarantee is given as the work also depends on my own effort and participation.

Audio recording(s): I give Pernille Holberg full permission to make audio recordings that may contain my voice. I understand that if a recording (or recordings) is made during or after my session(s), Pernille Holberg has full copyright over any media that may be produced and distributed to me.

GDPR and data processing: All client data is kept strictly confidential and in accordance with the GDRP rules.

Permission: I understand that Pernille may at any time discuss aspects of my case with other colleagues or publish my case/feedback from me, as an example to potential clients or other stakeholders, keeping my full name and identity completely confidential, unless I have given permission for something else. The same conditions apply to Feng Shui or other future services.

Elaboration process: RTT: I hereby give permission to Pernille Holberg to respectfully lift my/my child's arm, touch my/my child's shoulder or "cradle" my/my child's head during my/my child's session(s) to assist with to facilitate the deepening process if I am in a physical session with her.

Confidentiality: By accepting, I agree that Pernille Holberg may release information to a specific person or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or currently being abused; if I, as a customer, am in imminent danger to myself or others; or if a subpoena of records has been requested.

Email: I agree that I am the only one using this email and that no one else has access to my email account.
